The nice thing about this being a lifestyle and not a 'diet': there is room for everything in moderation. I eat pizza on a regular basis - because I work part time at a pizza place and sometimes that is the only option - but I fit it in my calorie range, and I make it myself so I know what is on it! (Proper portion control is key.)
I'm new to Spark People. I joined to get a little extra motivation. I'm am down 5.8 lbs and very excited. Yesterday was hard b/c I had sweets craving all day. I ignored them most of the day but gave in to yogurt pretzels and strawberries dipped in dark chocolate. Yum! Tasted like heaven! I still stayed within my daily allowance for calories and fat so overall, a good day!
