Thank you.. I forgot to mention that my max calorie everyday as advised from SP is 1550... so sometimes after i workout the next day i feel reaaly tired and sluggish.. maybe protein shake will help with that.. Thanks again!

Hi,

what I understood is that you do not to eat more after a workout. Unless you do not want to loose weight.
However it is good to eat protein after your workout. Either with a shake or some nuts (unsalted, not "branded"(do not know the correct english word) )


Do not turn back when you are almost at your goal!

Hi,

My BMR is 1530, but when i worked out i tend to burn like 300 calories in 30mins.. do i need to eat more than my BMR everytime i work out?
