you can do it! I am a mom of 2.5 yr old twins with Rheumatoid Arthritis.. I started my weight loss journey January 2011 at 202 pounds and am now hovering between 159 and 162 depending on my eating for the week. I was a smoker and couldnt even fast walk a mile and now I can make it 5+ miles running!!! Never thought weight loss was possible before last January but If I can do it, you can too!!! Keep the spark!!

Hey, thanks for saying hi. I totally agree whith what you said. I can see the food tracker being a big asset. I used it all day yesterday and I think I went over my daily limit by 50 calories, but I guess it will take a few days to get used to eating less. How has the spark page worked for you?

First day on the site. Walked thirty minutes, 55 minutes yoga, 15 minutes exercise ball and a few quick strength exercises. I'm really excited to be on here. I think it will be a big motivator, especially to eat better. I'm a chronic late night bringer.
