It takes time to make these changes. Be patient with yourself. Each day can be a new beginning. If it is overwhelming to do it all at once, start with small goals...like eating healthy breakfast every day, or exercising for 10 minutes each day. Build from there. In time it becomes like a habit, like brushing your teeth. The more great decisions you make for yourself, the better you will feel and the easier it will be to keep at it!

I'm really struggling with my motivation just now, motivation to exercise and eat healthier, i started sparkpeople on friday so far i've managed to stay within my calorie limit, but im still not eating the right things, overall done 85mins of exercise including the done 30mins of exercise this morning and had a healthy breakfast so here's hoping this is me from now on, really really want to shift this last stone and seriously tone up my core and all over really lol, i need someone to moan at me haha! am i being a slacker?? xx
