Working out more means you are burning more calories; therefore can intake a little more. Good for you! :)
I am not complaining, but suddenly nutrition tracker is allowing me an extra 100 or so calories per day. My range used to be 1260-1650 or something like that and now it's 1390-1740. My weight has not changed at all, though I have been logging more workout time. Any idea why this might have changed?
