I have a question to you guys. I follow a pretty good fitness regime. 40 mins of exercise(morning), 40 mins walk to and from office(20 mins in morning and 20 mins in evening). No matter how hard I exercise or brisk walk, I do not sweat at all. Even in the hottest summer season, I hardly sweat.
Is sweating got to do anything with Weight Loss?
