Ok why is no one posting here?? Surely someone else out there is brave enough to post here lol

I lost 3 pounds this week! Woohoo I got my period (albeit a week late and me dying of heart attack cuz I thought I was pregnant with #4) lost my PMS weight and then some :o)

I weighed myself this morning actually (forgot to yesterday), and I lost another two pounds!!!!! I'm down 12 pounds since Jan.2nd....I'm 158 now and I cannot remember the last time I was in the 150's.....I'm pumped! emoticon

Hey there. This is official "post #2" for me, but it was such good news I felt like I had to share!

Starting weight (SW)= 197
Current weight (CW)= 194
Goal Weight (GW)= 180
+/- weight= -3

(Was the SW supposed to be for this week? Or since I started here? That's for this week.)

I'm having a hard time getting exercise due to a back injury, but this week I saw 194, and then 193, for the first time in several years! Which also means I've managed to lose somewhere in the neighborhood of 8 lbs just by following more healthy eating habits!

Yay me. :)

The scale finally budged. I haven't seen much weight loss in a couple of months but this is the first week I started using SparkPeople and logging my food. I thought I was eating 1500 calories before but it was more like 1800 probably. Logging is totally helping. Plus I am trying to do some long for me runs to get ready for a 6K this weekend.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

I'm down 1.4 this week - I am very happy with that as the scale has barely budged for me since I joined in early December! Not sure what the difference is - maybe because I upped my water consumption from 8 cups a day to 12 and I don't feel nearly as hungry.

Unfortunately I weighed the same this week. I guess it is good I did not gain. I made the mistakes of eating a little to much last night which I am sure affected the scale today. Next week will be better.

Well no change for me this week unless you count eating too much gaining 1.5 lbs then losing it again. I am rather peeved at myself as I allowed myself to eat more but didn't actually track it all. I ate way too much and gained weight :o/

I must be doing something wrong. I haven't lost anything! I exercise 5 days a week, and track my food, eating what's good for me and less than 1550 cals/day. It's getting REALLY frustrating!!

+/- weight= -2 (up 1/2 lb from TOM last week lost it then another 1.5lbs)

My top weight was 165 and I hit my goal of 115 last April. This is just VERY MERRY Christmas weight I am losing now lol!I actually did 45 min of cardio yesterday! I'm not much for cardio! My body seems to lose better on strength training as I can lose just doing that but as it's my last 10 I want to ensure success :o)
