Ok, so I have been back at the gym for at least 5 weeks now. I go to the gym at least 4 days a week, sometimes 5. I do cardio and strength training. So, Why am I gaining Weight????? I realized the scale is just a number, but I am only 5ft 2 in tall, and I should not weigh 135 lbs! I have noticed a small amount of toning, but, My clothes are still tight.And my tummy still hangs over and it did not before!!! Am I being unrealistic here?
I started at 132 and am now 134-135! I want to scream!
I Don't eat junk food, I choose lean cuts of chicken and occasionally lean cuts of beef and eat fish at least 1 time per week. My diet is packed full of fresh fruit and veggies. I do treat myself on rare occation...at least once per week, usually a glass of wine, or home made popcorn. I eat 4-5 small meals a day. I eat a small breakfast most of the time. I don't drink sugary drinks, as a matter of fact, I drink at least 64 oz of water daily, most times more. I don't get it!!!!!
