Yep. mine as well. it's normal. For instance I was 127 now 127.6. It depends on what you eat and drink, etc. I weigh and record myself daily in an excel spreadsheet but I look at overall trend overtime to see if my weight loss is really sticking. (I'm pretty fricken happy) :D
Your weight can fluctuate as much as 1 or 2 pounds over a 24 hour period. Most of that is from input/output of water and roughage.
Also, digital scales can be off by 1 or 2 tenths of a pound (I'm assuming you're using digital, since it's hard to see a half a pound difference on an analog scale)... so if your reading was .1 lb heavy before and is .1 lb light this time, you'd only need to lose .3 lbs to get a .5 lb difference... and that can be lost through sweat and other bodily functions.
Finally, if 3500 calories is the equivalent of a pound, then 350 calories is the equivalent of .1 lb.
Day to day weight means relatively little... it's week to week weight that's a good indicator of whether you're gaining, losing, or holding steady.

Yes you can lose that amt of weight, but it is usually water weight. Look at what you ate and drank yesterday. Did you not drink as much as normally? If it's not a change in the amt of food and liquids you consumed then let me know your secret.
