You can go to "Track My Workout" from the homepage and select the button to "Add Strength Exercises" or "Add Cardio". Keep in mind that strength training does not show as minute. Hope I am helpful! :)

I cant figure out how to see how many calories i burnt already. it says Zero to burn and zero burnt. how do i fix that??
