First of all, I LOVE Turbo Jam. I did it just yesterday instead of going to the gym.
Now, for your question, lol. It's hard to say how many calories you burn, because it all depends on your impact and your intensity and if you add extra weights (ankle weights or weighted hand gloves). I've actually asked this question on the Turbo Jam thread on the beach body website, and I was told that there is really no way of knowing how much you burn.
BUT, I do know that Tony's 90 day weight loss tapes are designed to burn about 500 calories per workout, and I feel like Turbo Jam is a much more cardio intense workout, so I when I track it in my fitness thing on sparkpeople, I say that the 40 minute cardio turbo jam tape is about 300-400 calories, depending on my intensity for the day. I feel ok with this, because I know for my size (187 lbs) I burn 300 calories on the elliptical for half an hour, and this video it longer and includes your whole body, and keeps your feet moving the whole time.
I hope this helped a bit, I know it was a ramble, but I guess you just need to judge it for yourself, based on how many calories you burn doing other things.

On the fitness tracker, when you click add cardio, under other exercises, there is a listing for Kickboxing (includes Turbo Jam) I would use this one for your Turbo Jam, and as for YBB - I entered it as low impact cardio - but I stopped the tape once they started the yoga part. There is also a listing for Yoga under other exercises, so maybe you could enter the aerobic time and then the yoga time as separate lines.
Just wondering if anyone knows how many calories are burned in the different YBB and Turbo Jam tapes?
