Hey Dar,

Glad to hear the numbers seem to be aligning for the better.

Here's a site for vegetables that are high in protein - try to get at least 5 servings of veggies in a day :)

Chicken is very high in protein for your meats. I always suggest red meat 1-2 days a week, than the rest chicken :) lol.

So I have been tracking my daily food progress and I realize I eat very little protein and lots of fat. The I started rebuking myself about how I let myself go. But then I look at my weekly tracking and realize that I have reduced my overall fat intake and increased my overall protein intake and each day of fat intake is less than the one before and each day of protein is greater than the last.

So I will look at that positive side and continue working on it all. So any ideas for more protein less fat in my diet??
