I think you're doing the best thing. Just say to yourself: I got off track for 3 days, but for the next 3 days I'm going to strive my hardest. Believe me, 3 days of eating/drinking well will make you feel so much better. 3 days off track always makes me feel guilty too, but we're learning a lifestyle, ya know? That means we're going to have to learn it slowly and make mistakes. Great work, and best of luck!

I agree about weekends! I would say if you want to brave it this weekend maybe check out the weekend challenge and post a few goals for each day. That will help you feel successful during a rough time! Good luck, you can do it!
"I ain't settling for just getting by. I've had enough so so for the rest of my life. Tired of shooting too low, so raise the bar high Just enough ain't enough this time. I ain't settling for anything less than everything, yeah." Sugarland lyrics
Try to think about how much better you will feel if you eat right and drink your water. If you fall of the food wagon, just try to go for a long walk or do some sort of exercise. Everyone messes up!! Try try again!

Props to you for realizing what went wrong and wanting to fix it, but a word of caution: weekends are often the most difficult time for Sparkers. Don't get too discouraged if things don't go exactly as planned in the next few days. Start over again when the week is fresh and you'll probably have less obstacles. Best of luck!
Okay so I'm thinking that I really need to get back on track. How I got so off course I don't know I was doing so good and the its like it all fell apart. I feel so much better when I eat right throughout the day and drink my water. In the 3 days that I have been off track I'm already feeling bloated again. Ugghh I hate this feeling. Anyway hoping to start fresh today wish me luck all! Hope everyone has a great weekend!!!!
