30g a day and you eat meat and eggs? That doesn't seem right to me. Are you eating protein with every meal? You should be. Protein is one of the things that helps you stay fuller long.

Protein bars you should be careful with b/c they are often really high in sugar content and starchy carbs. I will admit that I do enjoy a Luna bar every now and then but I use it as a treat.
Beans/legumes, steel cut oatmeal, quinoa, greek yogurt (& other dairy), seeds (I add chia to my oatmeal and yogurts) and nuts are all great ways to add in some extra protein when you are having trouble meeting the minimums.

Just wondering if there were any protein bars that you guys would recommend? I tried protein shakes and can't stand them. They taste like chalk and make me extremely nauseated. I am in major need of protein in my diet. I average about 30 g per day, and on a day where I really try to cram it in, I still only get like 55 g. Are there any that taste better than others, have more protein, cheaper? thanks!
