Strength - I enjoy eating healthy
Weakness - I also enjoy eating unhealthy. Its hard to say no to sweet and indulgent desserts.

My strength is that I love fruits, leafy greens and nuts.

My weakness is that I absolutely love coca cola and drink one can a day. However, I make up by working out a lot.

Strengths: I'm really determined and good at making healthy choices and exercising.

Weaknesses: I stress out really easily and I expect change right away. Also, when I make weekend visits home from college, my mom takes me out to dinner and/or makes me delicious foods that I crave when I'm away, and I can't help but stuff myself!

Strengths: Learning from my mistakes when I mess up or eat something that I should not have and understanding that there is room for improvement when making mistakes. And having the determination to exercise when really I want to be lazy.

Weaknesses: Sweets especially when that is the only thing that enters my house (usually because of my little cousins). Temptation of sweets is my absolute weakness!
