I just looked this up on Google, and it looks like it's just a drink mix that you accompany with lots of low-carb foods while eliminating other food groups, like sugar and alcohol. This looks like pretty much every other clense I've seen (take out all the "bad" stuff like sugar and wheat and booze). I've never tried one because I know I don't have the willpower to do that, but hey, if you want, go for it! I hope it works!
