I have an ipod with a pedometer - but I only ever use it when I go for long walks, so I'm never sure how my city commuting adds up. I just feel too awkward!

Any other hacks for fitness gadgets? I work in an office so I'm not inclined to have some big sports watch/fuel band/fitbit on without doing something to make it blend better. I don't see the point in getting a gadget without wearing it all the time.
What do you use? How do you wear it?
