That's great! I have began working out and eating healthier about a month ago. As of today, I have decided to use this site as a motivational tool and to track my progress. I think blogging about each day could be a great way to stay motivated.

Hey all! I have been a member of Sparkpeople for a few months, but just got into actively using the trackers and tips about a month ago. I am already seeing improvements in my personal motivation and consistency; I push myself to work out on hard days just so I can add the minutes to my tracker! I have also started using Spark Coach and I love the extra little tips I receive every day. They're usually exactly something I need to hear!
I love all the help I can get, and I am also open to adding some more spark friends to my journey. I haven't been very active on message boards yet, so this is one more step I'm taking toward my commitment to myself and a healthier life! I am all about helping each other! -Sarah
