2 pounds per week is a pretty aggressive goal, especially when you are so close to your goal weight. It's about diet, but also making sure you're not cheating on exercise, and knowing the difference between a realistic goal. You don't have a ticker, so i don't know how much you weigh, or how far you have to go...

Hey there! I have been counting my calories and tracking my workout for about a month now. I thought I was going to be losing 2 pounds per week but I haven't. Can you guys give some helpful tips or diets to help me lose weight, I've been trying so hard and I see no result and that demotivates me. Help me please!
