do you have a sparkpage? my first thought was to go to your page and see if your food and fitness trackers are publicly viewable, so i could check em out and see if any amazing suggestions came to mind :)

2 pounds per week is a pretty aggressive goal, especially when you are so close to your goal weight.
It's about diet, but also making sure you're not cheating on exercise, and knowing the difference between a realistic goal.
You don't have a ticker, so i don't know how much you weigh, or how far you have to go...

Have you been careful about what you eat too? It's not just about eating less calories, it's about eating the right sort of calories. Also, what sort of exercises are you doing?

Hey there!
I have been counting my calories and tracking my workout for about a month now. I thought I was going to be losing 2 pounds per week but I haven't.
Can you guys give some helpful tips or diets to help me lose weight, I've been trying so hard and I see no result and that demotivates me. Help me please!
