I also track all the little things I'm trying to make into habits. My exercise tracker goes one step further: I use colored stars for each workout, red =1 blue =2 and so on, until 5= gold! Tomorrow will mark my first month with FOUR gold stars!! Woo hoo!

Hi :) I can relate to "falling off the wagon." I stopped worrying about it a year ago, though. I figured, "If I fall off all I have to do is get back on - one little bit at a time." One thing I do, is I make a chart each month of all the things I'd like to accomplish each day and week. (Ex: Take vitamins, drink 6 glasses of water, workout, pack my lunch for work, etc.). Then, at the end of the day, I check off the tasks that I've completed. The point of the exercise is to help myself feel good about all the things that I DO instead of feeling bad about the stuff I miss. At the end of the day, when I look at my daily tracker and see a couple check marks, I celebrate the good work that I've done and I go to bed happy. Even if I didn't drink enough water, maybe, I can see the other good things that I DID DO. Keep celebrating the small things and leave behind the judgement. Hope that helps :)

Between the school year ending, us moving across town, my work schedule changing, and guests I have completely left my work out and diet plans in the dust. I definitely need some help and accountability to get back on track. So post back some ideas and motivational tools that helped you. I don't want to settle for half way there! Thanks guys
