Yoga is amazing for your body, not only for weightloss, but for toning, strengthening, muscle and bone health, and even inner body health. My favourite place to do Yoga and pilates is myyoga online. They've got everything from 100s of videos (best quality I've ever found - just like being in class, or having a one-on-one session), meditation videos, healthy living articles, etc. You can get full access for 2 weeks for no cost (or card information), then after that it's a $10 a month fee. But just try it for 2 weeks - if there's any videos you really love, but don't want to sign up (no commitment, just one month at a time) you can download the videos for a few dollars!
