Yoga is amazing for your body, not only for weightloss, but for toning, strengthening, muscle and bone health, and even inner body health. Yoga is like a massage for your organs, helping them to work properly and keep you healthy. If your wanting to feel it really work your muscles, try Hot Yoga or a Pilates/Yoga fusion.
My favourite place to do Yoga and pilates is myyoga online. They've got everything from 100s of videos (best quality I've ever found - just like being in class, or having a one-on-one session), meditation videos, healthy living articles, etc. You can get full access for 2 weeks for no cost (or card information), then after that it's a $10 a month fee. But just try it for 2 weeks - if there's any videos you really love, but don't want to sign up (no commitment, just one month at a time) you can download the videos for a few dollars! I've never gotten into yoga because I always feel so silly in some poses, and disappointed if I can't hold them as long as the video/class instructor says. Is yoga really better than a 30 minute run followed with a good long stretch session?

I JUST started the yoga series on liveexercise.com. In the past Ive tried yoga but have been dissapointed with the cues and instruction and was never sure if I was doing the poses right. The liveexercise series has really good instructions and I felt pretty good about it. It's free, BTW.

Hi! I don't know much about yoga, but I do pilates videos at home every morning and I can always tell a difference in my flexibility and core strength on a day to day basis. I follow an online Pilates blog that I absolutely love. You can check it out at www.blogilates.com

Hi-- Go on iTunes podcasts, and there are lots of free yoga podcasts that are just like a class that you can do at home! I would recommend one thats called "syi asana:sadhana vinyasa flow". There is only one 90 minute class but I never get tired of it, and there is video, which would be helpful for a beginner. Yoga to the People and Baptiste Power Hour are also good, but only once you get a better feel for the postures and can go more quickly. Hope that helps!
P90x yoga is a good workout. It's the vinyasa and ashtanga (not sure if that is spelled right). It can even go on your cardio tracker (power yoga)

Hey everyone! I need some advice please. I want to start doing some stretches or yoga in the morning. Yet I have no idea what I should do!! Does anyone know of any good yoga or stretching fitness movies, youtube videos, or websites that I can learn from? Any ideas would be appreciated : ) Thanks!
