I found a website with long yoga class videos for absolutely no cost (http://www.doyogawithme.com), and I'm thrilled. I had to limit myself to one video for the sake of getting other things done today, but it was an hour and 45 minutes. One more reason you don't need a gym membership to be fit, right?

I ran 6.5 miles on the trails today with a co-worker ~ super fun as well as great exercise! Going to take it easy next week since I have a half marathon next Saturday.

I will run 3 miles on my lunch break since I stayed in bed and didn't run my usual 4 before work. Exercise I can do - still not losing any weight and I've been gaining lately actually, booo :(

Nothing much but I did worked the whole day at SUBWAY. No breaks, just walking, and doing something to keep me busy. I had a club turkey wrap but spoiled it with a cookie and a hot chocolate! Tomorrow I am off to go to the gym to do some weights and intense cardio.

I'm going to dance for an hour, I've lost 6 pounds so far and I'm super happy today. This is the first time i ever lost this much and I'm not going to give up 15 more pounds and I will be at my ultimate goal of 95 pds. omg I feel so good today!! yaaaay. btw I'm 5' so 95 is pretty realistic =)

This morning I did about 20 minutes of pilates. I was proud of myself for waking up early and working out. But after entering that in my fitness tracker I see it only burns 55 calories! So I may need to do another pilates video tonight.
Can I lose weight with the pilates?! emoticon
