I had P90X Arms and Shoulders yesterday followed by martial arts. It was a little rough, but it gets easier every week.

Tonight is YogaX! My favorite sweat pouring routine of the whole bunch!

Lets see, today is wednesday, so that means no actual planned exercise (work from 7am -4pm then classes from 4:45 - 9pm) No time, But I will walk every where (no shuttles), and use stairs only (no elevators).

Today I power walked 2 miles (can't run because of an old gymnastics ankle injury) and then a bunch of strength exercises hitting arms, legs and core!

gonna do some stretching and abb work this morning then a mile or more run this evening .. need some new shoes :( just did the spark people 15 min abs video was fun and easy but i felt it

Did an hour of pilates, during which I got majorly showed up by people who were literally over 3 times my age (very impressive). Then ran/walked 3 miles on the treadmill.

I will walk the 1.3 miles to the gym, do a one hour Cardio Blast exercise class, then walk back :)

Had planned to do just a walk/run in the morning, but was surprised by a late morning hike with my sister-in-law too. DOUBLE exercise today! I'm pooped, but feel awesome :) (and sore!)

Yesterday became ANOTHER rest day. I have taken far too many rest day this week. Fridays are set up to be my rest days with Spark but yesterday shouldn't have been one because of the two I had already taken this week.

So today my schedule calls for strength training. I'm also thinking about throwing a walk in as well to try and add some more activity to my day. With my boyfriend being at school, and actually this weekend he's in Ohio, I have nothing that gets me out of the house. How sad is that? I didn't leave the house yesterday. Now it was a very yucky day so I kind of had a reason not to.

Well, I hope everyone is enjoying some nice weather today and we are all able to get out there and do something!

@Natesgrl308 - I am in my second week, but I absolutely love it! After the first couple days I was like "What in the world did I get myself into...", but these days it is so much easier. I'm not sore every morning after the workouts even though I work hard and sweat a ton. I haven't taken my measurement yet except weight, which went up three pounds (sad), but my "skinny jeans" that barely fit before I started P90X are now hanging off me. I actually had to wear a belt today.

I am going to take all my measurement tonight as it might all be in my head, but I feel really great and energized on this program than I have on any other exercise routine. We will see in 90 days though if it really works.

It is time to shine!

SERASVICTORIA - You're doing P90X, wow I give you credit! How far into the program are you? Hope you have a great work out today!

Yesterday I ended up doing Wii Fit for 25 minutes instead of EA Active. Not as good of a calorie burn but it was better than nothing! Not sure what my plans are for today yet...a walk with my dog? a C25K work out? EA Active?? So many options...I'll hopefully remember to post later with what I decide to do.

as pathetic as it sounds i was thinking of going into the bathroom at work doing 2 set of jumping jacks. Im hoping that alone with my crazy walk to the bus/train will get me throught the day until i get home and jump some rope ( hopefully depending on what time i get home)

I'm going to a combat cardio class. They're high intensity and a lot of fun. I recommend these classes for anyone wanting a high impact cardio work out who has a gym membership.

I was alone at practice today, but did almost two hours of soccer drills and then ran about a mile while kicking the ball. I'm completely new to soccer, so the drilling wasn't as intense as it sounds.

Then, I did about twenty minutes of yoga stretches when I was finished.

I woke up early and hit Curves for a 30 min work out. I am so not a morning person though and I think the lack of water in my system when first waking up may have hindered my ability to do my best. I was completely whipped after the work out and had to take a 20 min power nap before getting ready for work :(
I will be back up and at it tomorrow morning as well. Thankfully its only for this week because of my 10 hour work days and then I'll be back to working out after work. Whew
