30 Day Shred kicked my butt!! Starting off getting in shape slowly but surely. Will probably do the same thing tomorrow and also shoot around with my husband at the nearest gym! So excited to be starting fresh!

I ran one mile. I was too exhausted to do a lot, but I convinced myself it wouldn't be too hard to just get out and do one mile. It was 9:12, which is a good pace for me

I try to work out 5x a week.
Yesterday I unfortunately did not make it to the gym. (10 hour work day, and then had to drive 2 hours to pick up my fiance from an airport)

So today will be a 45 min interval cardio workout and a full body Tone It Up kettle bell workout emoticon

Today I'm due for a light day. I aim to do some easy machine cardio, elliptical or bike, then jog an easy mile or so. Need to do lots of stretching!

I ran two miles today (finally running at 6.9 mph avg) and followed up with the Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning dvd. Might be able to go lift tonight after dinner.

I just finished a 25 minute jog on the treadmill. Stayed at about a 12min mile pace. I started a 30 day ab challenge yesterday. I have complete the assigned planks, sit-ups, crunches, and leg lifts as required plus a little extra :)

I went for a 12 min. jog with my dog this morning. This is the first time that I have ran more than 10 min without stopping in several months. I am hoping to do a 5mi run the beginning of May, so have to start somewhere, right?
