I think the thing that helped me the most was realizing that if I mess up one day, or even one week, it's not the end of the world. I can screw up and keep going. If I gain a pound here or there its ok, if I eat too much one day its ok, just put it behind you and keep on trucking.

emoticon And for confidence search through peoples sparkpages and blogs! There is so many motivational ones out there. Whenever I am down or think I want to quite that is what always motivates me and makes me realize that if they can do it so can I :)

Hey all. I am new to the group so I just want to briefly introduce myself and state my goals. I am almost 6 months married and a newly graduated RN. I have been trying to lose 10-15 pounds for YEARS and I really just want to do it already. I've set my goal to lose 8 at first, and once I meet that I hope to go for another 5. Does anyone have a comment for the girl that has little confidence that she can do it?
