I am new to sparkpeople, but on the other page I belong to-babycenter.com, we try to respond to as many people as possible (sorry about the abbreviated names, gotta get to bed!). We can sort of start a 20 something mama club if you want!
MRCA- gym? Its impossible to get there with the little one, the family, and work. I work out at home when she's asleep!
CreativeColors- Congrats on the new baby. Our babies are a month apart.
SignMickey- I have a 6 year old stepson and like FFX says learning to serve balance meals, especially to pickey eaters, is a struggle for me.
FFX- One of the hardest things is trying to eat healthy while everyone else in the house still eats what they want, so getting everyone into balanced meals will help me...now I have to get them to eat what I serve:)
PPETTINGILL - When was your baby born? My daughter was born Nov 27. Half the reason I can't loose weight is because my pelvis hasn't returned to normal and working out is really hard. Hope you are healthy! I munch on the 100 calorie packs with a big glass of milk or water. They usually do the trick for me! Oh, sometimes I'll have raisin bran or other "healthy" cereal.
