Those exact words could have come out of my mouth! Tomorrow will mark 3 weeks on SP and it's the longest I've ever lasted on a "diet." Everything is getting SO much easier...I'm not craving junk hardly at all anymore and I feel so much better. Even though the scale hasn't started moving, I really wouldn't want to go back to my old lifestyle. I had trouble breathing then and I got horrible headaches...those are totally gone now!
One thing that has helped me is being very diligent about tracking the foods I've eaten. I know that if I start to slip on that one day, I'll more than likely continue that trend until I'm back in my old habits. So try to be really honest with yourself (even if you know you're going to blow your day!) and take everything one step at a time.
