Those exact words could have come out of my mouth! Tomorrow will mark 3 weeks on SP and it's the longest I've ever lasted on a "diet." Everything is getting SO much easier...I'm not craving junk hardly at all anymore and I feel so much better. Even though the scale hasn't started moving, I really wouldn't want to go back to my old lifestyle. I had trouble breathing then and I got horrible headaches...those are totally gone now!
One thing that has helped me is being very diligent about tracking the foods I've eaten. I know that if I start to slip on that one day, I'll more than likely continue that trend until I'm back in my old habits. So try to be really honest with yourself (even if you know you're going to blow your day!) and take everything one step at a time.
I know how you feel. I get like that too, just too tired or lazy to want to exercise. But it's motivational to see the success that everyone has on this site. The only advice I can give you is to start off slow. I know it's hard to be patient but the more time it takes the more the habits sink in. And work up to your exercise plan you'll do better to want to keep going with it if you don't get burned out. But in case you feel like you want to give up just send a post and you'll get all the motivation you need.
OK so Ive started this site so its only a day old to me. Ive done the exercises and feel good about getting started. My only problem is that i tend to get lazy and just give up. Im gonna alot of help to make sure i keep exercising. So please just push me and give me all the tips you can. Thanks everyone.
