Hello team, just joined Sparkpeople and I reallyyyyyyy need someone to be accountable to as well- have the last 10-14 pounds to lose and it's just not going- I'm 29 ,married with a two year old and working full time- my daughter is tiny for her age but tall and pretty active- i feel guilty about wasting food and often end up eating her left overs :P so I know I need to control what goes in- I'm usually very good during the day-making sure i drink enough water, fruits and veggies- but Dinner is when i lose control- I lost most of my pregnancy weight gain by doing Tae-Bo and Jillian Michaels- but then hit a plateau I did Insanity a few months but really didn't find any change- can anyone recommend any other work out videos? I am planning on a vacation to the Caribbean in a few months so I hope to lose all of the weight by then-

Hello everyone! I am also new to Spark, just joined today. I found this challenge interesting "Official Spring Into Shape Bootcamp" (it's on the Challenge Central under Community) if anyone is interesting in starting it with me that would be perfect! I have a very busy schedule like everybody else but I need to workout because I'm in the office sitting all day and my knees hurt at the end of the day :( It's only 30min video each day, so hopefully I'll be able to do it! However, it will be nice to do it together, right? I need to stay motivated and this challenge is a good start but I still need a motivation buddy haha. Please add me or send me an email if interested! Would love to meet new people and help each other!

Hi all! I am new here as I joined Spark this week. I am 25, 5'6" and 151 lb. I am looking to lose about 10 pounds. I am not new to eating healthy and I have been working out and running regularly for a few years. I am just trying to (like everyone else) lose those last few pounds that never want to go away. I'm VERY interested!!! If ANYONE below would like to team up, email each other your meals for the day or if you did/didn't reach your fitness goals each day, what you're struggling with...I AM GAME!!! I woke up with the goal of finding an online accountability partner today, soooo anybody? Let's do this :) I'm an excellent motivator, but could DEFINITELY use one in return.

Hello ladies! I'm 27, 138, 5'4 and working on burning through the rest of that stubborn tummy fat. I just finished focus t25 and I think I'm going on to some Les Mills Pump and some more t25 (I can not get enough Shaun T seriously) Trying to finish up this body so I can look like a personal trainer when I finish my certification!

Hi I'm 29 don't live in the country but close to it I live in a very small town of about 60 people. I also don't have a lot of friends out here. The people that do live here their mostly older and retired. I work out in the evening because I get up at 5 to be to work at 6. My goal is to be fit by the time I'm 30 which is in Jan. Hey guys!

I am 27 years old and also work a full time job, as well as, drive an hour back and forth to work. So, by the time I get home I am super tired, which in turn makes me lazy :(. I would love a motivational buddy that could hold me accountable, as well as, keep me motivated. I would definitely do the same for someone else. I don't have many friends out where I live because I live in the country so no one really wants to work out. I wake up at 6am to get to work at 8:15am. I wish I could wake up earlier to work out, but right now I am only getting 7 hours of sleep at night so I would like to stick to working out in the evenings if anyone feels the same. Wow, I'm also 26 and was looking for exactly what all you guys are saying haha. I am currently working at a public elementary school so I work 8:30AM - 4:30PM. When I'm not actually teaching classes, the rest of the day is a lot of sitting at my desk lesson planning or just deskwarming.

I've been struggling a lot with trying to cut out processed foods from my intake. The exercising part is going OK because I actually enjoy working out (mild exercises like walking, running, Pilates). But the eating part... the eating part is what kills me. I LOVE FOOD TOO MUCH!

Oh, and I'm working in Korea, literally on the other side of the world from home. So it's doubly hard to find a workout buddy here! I'd love to get to know you ladies and share each other's struggles and accomplishments! Now, how do we go about doing this? Feel free to message or add me as a friend :) I'm online like 24/7 haha.

Hey, ladies! (I think we're all ladies here...?) I'm in the same boat - 26, just moved to a new city to be closer to my boyfriend. I lost the weight I wanted to lose before coming here, but in the month and a half I've been here, all we've done is eat! I'm looking for some motivational gal pals, too.

Hi!

I have the same problem. I am 25 years old. I have been losing weight, but now I am stuck.

I have lost one size each year for the last two years. I finally reached the top of my healthy BMI range, but I know I should still lose 10-15 more pounds to be in the middle of my range. Now that I am reasonably happy with my body, I have lost motivation. I have already noticed some of the weight coming back.

I would love a buddy if someone wanted to send me a message so we can help each other out.

Hi Jenna. I am 26 and also work full-time along with other commitments so I can relate to struggling to motivate myself to workout / eat right especially after a long day at the office! However I did manage to lose 20lbs since this time last year but have put a few back on recently so need to get back on track. I have a goal now too, I am going on holiday in just over 4 weeks time so feel really committed right now. I would love for us to offer each other support and advice, just message me whenever!

I would not mind being there also! I find I am much more successful if I am held accountable by someone else. I have a few more pounds to lose and want to focus on getting in better shape. I work retail so a lot of nights and weekends, tough to find that motivation when getting off work at 9pm. Good luck!

Hi, my name in Jenna. I'm 25 years old and I'm look for a buddy to share daily exercise and nutrition logs with. I want to exercise and eat right consistently, instead of only when I feel like it. I have about 6lbs that I want to lose, but I really want to focus on becoming toned instead of that number. I work a full time job (8-5) and go to school two nights a week, so it's easy for me to just brush off exercise and eating healthy.
