I am a happy eater all the way, if I'm content with life and in a good mood I eat all the crap foods I can get my hands on. On the other hand when I'm upset or feeling rather depressed I don't want to eat anything at all, if my bad mood keeps up I can loose about 5lbs in a week! So either way my eating habbits are bad and I need a way to balance them out a little more, any ideas? Are you the same way, or the opposite?
