Well depends on your weight and other stuff. For me,walking at a brisk pace for long is tough,due to my weight and a flat foot problem. If you can maintain the same activity level for both,I would say mix them up. If not,stick to the one your body tells you to
Hey!! ya the I to heard that readings are not correct but you can do your aerobic dance with mix cardiac exercise because it will be good for your overall fitness and you can lose more calories while doing that.
I recently bought an elliptical and I find it very great! But someone told me the readings are not accurate, so I started to do 2 miles in 15 minutes! Is this really a good way to exercise or should I just stick withe aerobic dances!???
