With the rain and darker days I am having trouble moving. I feel sluggish. I hate to come out of a workout at the gym already wet from sweat to go into the dark rainy night. I hate going to work in the dark and come home in the dark.
With that pissing and moaning said...
I gave myself a couple of days off to recoup and regroup. I started the weekend off yesterday like it was my first day of my fitness program and walked a mile. Today I plan on walking a mile and going to the gym (it closed due to water damage after a fire 3 doors down and just reopened). I'm putting my positive cap back on and tossing the negative attitude the season has brought me in the trash!
1st goal 255# MET 2/20/12 (Update: Met this goal but now have gained the weight back so it is now a goal once again)
2nd goal 205#
3rd goal 155#
"Gonna be that skinny chick at the gym running on the treadmill!"
Ive stopped swimming but now can get my evening walk in earier with the sun still up
Summer is gone and we are well into Fall. Has that changed anything for you and your fitness journey? Have you revised goals or training plans?
What's going on, team. How are you going to stay fit through the Fall?
