My personal fav would be a peach, mango, cherry smoothie. I include frozen peaches, frozen mango & frozen cherries, some mango nectar, vanilla soy milk, some whey protien powder or Green Magma barley juice powder and a squirt or two of flax seed oil.

Acts 20:24

"However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me - the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace."

I've never tried yogurt or juice because I like to keep my calories down but I'm sure it would be delicious !

Splenda is a no-calorie sweetner (sucralose) & you can get it from any grocery store

This sounds really good! Have you ever tried using yogurt or juice instead of the milk?

This makes the fastest, most delicious smoothie for those rushed mornings. Obviously you can substitute any fruit for the ones that I put in.

Milk - 1 Cup
Frozen Raspberries - 1/3 cup
Frozen Blueberries - 1/3 cup
Ground Flax seed - 2 Tbsp
Splenda - 1 Tbsp

Just put it all into a food processor at one time & mix for about 1 minute. This entire recipe equals about 230 calories and keeps you full for hours.
