I made a box of white cheddar mac & cheese (using the healthier directions). Then I played it up by halving some fig tomatoes from my balcony garden (they're about the size of grape tomatoes), tossing them with fresh chives and thyme, and mixing them in with the mac & cheese. It was delicious!
