This has no name but always a hit! Low-carb

1 - lb hot sausage - cooked and drained
2 - cream cheese (8 oz) - can sub - w/ low fat
1 can rotel (chilie tomatoes)

Mix all together in crockpot - serve with sociable original crackers or wheat thins...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
BLT dip
1 cup - low fat mayo - (Hellmans)
1 cup - low fat sour cream
1 chopped tomato
1 jar - real bacon bits
Mix all togehter let refrigerate for 2 hours.
Toast bread ( I do a whole loaf of bread)- cut in quarters and serve.
(keep toast in aluminum foil - keeps the moister off the bread)
Never any left and always asked for the recipe...
These Cheesy Artichoke Tarts are a hit whenever I make them. The recipe makes 32 tarts, each with 45 calories and 1g of fat. I admit, though, that it's hard to just eat 1! I got the recipe from an Eating Light magazine.
Cheesy Artichoke Tarts
32 wonton wrappers
1c. reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
8oz. nonfat cream cheese
1/2tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2c. chopped red pepper
1 can (14oz.) artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat mini-muffin cups with nonstick spray. Press 1 wonton wrapper into each cup (edges will stick out). Spray edges of wrapper with nonstick spray.
2. Combine all other ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Spoon about 1T mixture into each cup.
3. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until cheese mixture is set and edges are lightly browned.
Yum, yum!
