1 - lb hot sausage - cooked and drained 2 - cream cheese (8 oz) - can sub - w/ low fat 1 can rotel (chilie tomatoes)
Mix all together in crockpot - serve with sociable original crackers or wheat thins...
1 cup - low fat mayo - (Hellmans) 1 cup - low fat sour cream 1 chopped tomato 1 jar - real bacon bits
Mix all togehter let refrigerate for 2 hours. Toast bread ( I do a whole loaf of bread)- cut in quarters and serve. (keep toast in aluminum foil - keeps the moister off the bread) Never any left and always asked for the recipe...

These Cheesy Artichoke Tarts are a hit whenever I make them. The recipe makes 32 tarts, each with 45 calories and 1g of fat. I admit, though, that it's hard to just eat 1! I got the recipe from an Eating Light magazine.
This is from allrecipes.com under their low-fat appetizers. I use this site alot and have not been disappointed.
