This is a dessert I often make for group gatherings and it's always a hit, even to those who are not health conscious. It's not my own, I got it from a Muscle & Fitness Hers magazine.
-1 package sugar-free/fat-free vanilla Jell-O instant pudding (makes 4 servings)
-2 cups fat-free Cool Whip
-2 bananas, peeled and sliced into rounds
-8 reduced-fat Nilla wafers, broken
-2 cups skim milk
Mix pudding and skim milk according to package directions. In a glass, alternate layers of pudding, bananas, Cool Whip, and Nilla Wafers.
Makes 4 servings

mmmmm, yeah!! great idea for that choc urge!! My mom use to make pudding pop cycles for us when we were kids. They were always a special treat on those hot summer days. Also frozen grapes and berries!!!
that sounds really good :) have you tried different pudding flavors beside chocolate? like vanilla, etc

I have a huge sweet tooth, so what are some great desserts you've tried that are still ok to eat? For me when I need chocolate and/or ice cream I make this:
no fat/no sugar chocolate pudding mixed as directed with 1 cup of low-fat whip cream mixed into it.
Freeze for 30-45 minutes.
It comes out to be about 100 calories a serving and it's awesome.
