This is a dessert I often make for group gatherings and it's always a hit, even to those who are not health conscious. It's not my own, I got it from a Muscle & Fitness Hers magazine.
-1 package sugar-free/fat-free vanilla Jell-O instant pudding (makes 4 servings)
-2 cups fat-free Cool Whip
-2 bananas, peeled and sliced into rounds
-8 reduced-fat Nilla wafers, broken
-2 cups skim milk
Mix pudding and skim milk according to package directions. In a glass, alternate layers of pudding, bananas, Cool Whip, and Nilla Wafers.
