I recently tried a smoothie from sparkrecipes that was great. It was one half cup each of frozen strawberries, fat free cottage cheese and skim milk blended in the blender with a bit of ice to thicken the drink. I also have tried several Cooking Light recipes I will make again. I try to use one to two new recipes each week.
