Thanks for these replies. One thing, if you make changes, you'll have to let me sample your version!
Wow this sounds great and I've been looking for something like this. I'll give it a try. Thanks for posting it. I'll let you know what I thought of it.
Now this sounds yummy! I wonder if I could maintain the taste by adding plain, Green yogurt instead of the mayo....this sounds good! I'll add 1/2 a fresh, finely chopped jalapeno (I loooove jalapenos!) for kick.
Thank you for sharing! :)
When you really live, there's just no time to be bored.
I'll have to try that. It looks fabulous!

I was sad to see the last of this disappear:
2 1/2 cups coarsely-chopped chicken (or turkey) breast*
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved or sliced
1/2 cup finely-sliced celery
1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
3/4 cup light mayo (or Miracle Whip)
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Toss first four ingredients in serving bowl. Mix mayo, juice and curry powder together, and blend into chicken mixture. Chill well before serving. Makes about eight 2/3-cup servings. Great with melba toast.
*An option - decrease chicken by 1/4 cup, and add that much more grapes.
