I have had this on my "to-try" list for awhile and finally got an avocado last night so I could!
Low-Carb tortilla wrap Filling Mixture: 1/2 cup beans (I used pinto), 2 TBS salsa, 1 large slice diced tomato, 1/2 a small avocado, diced and 1/2 oz of cheese
I mixed the filler up this am in one tupperware and brought my tortilla separately. I just tasted the filler and its yummy!! It could use a little more seasoning to taste; I might sprinkle on a little cumin and chili powder next time, but it is fresh, tasty and filling! Yumm!
