I'm on a kick of soup and a salad. I make a batch of soup, freeze it up in serving sizes if I have that much. Then I get an all vege salad from the work cafeteria. Works for me anyway.

Usually leftovers. But last week I made a batch of SP Stepf's Veggie Burritos and took them to work to heat up all week. They were good!

I have a really hard time packing for lunch. I usually eat a Healthy Choice Steamer or leftovers from dinner, if there's any. What do you all tend to eat that's easy to prepare?
