The Lord is my strength and i know i can do better with the Lords help. The Lord laid it on my heart to start a team called GOD ANSWERS PRAYER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANYBODY THAT WANTS HELP TO LOSE THEIR WEIGHT TO JOIN . I KNOW I CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT THE LORDS HELP !
This sounds great. I'll have to try it. Thanks for posting it.
Sounds great and fast too. Looks like another good reason to cook rice in bulk and freeze it.
My grocery list is getting longer by the minute, LOL

This recipe is my old-standy by - really healthy way to get your veggies and it can be altered in so many ways to change it up every now and then. Most importantly, the veggies add sooo much bulk that it is really a filling dish - a complete meal that reheats nicely too!
In a large fry pan or wok, saute for 5 minutes:
1 cup of finely chopped green cabbage
1/2 of a large onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup of grated carrot
2 T water + 1 T light soya sauce
Add 1 cup of cooked brown rice and 4 oz. cooked chicken breast
Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil
Heat through and serve. This is one serving

Variations: I like to add crushed hot pepper flakes, garlic, chopped red peppers, shrimp instead of the chicken..
Tip: I cook the brown rice and chicken breast in bulk and pull them out of the freezer when needed - which makes this recipe ready in minutes
