I use flatbread which is very good and healthy. Low in carbs as well. Try that.

I need to try it on all the mentioned fruits and veggies. This may sound odd, but, in general, I don't like cream cheese on fruit because it sort of slides off of the juicy slices. Cheddar, Brie, Swiss, Irish... I like those with apples and pears, but, I think I need to just try it. It is such a given of something to do, I need to just do it, ha ha. And I am going to try the celery. Getting some next time I am at the market, I am all out. Thanks!

It would be good on sliced apples, or sliced pears.

Hey all,

I'm looking for a delicious idea of something to smear my cheese on. I'm always turning to whole wheat tortillas, Arnold thins, Triscuit Thins...

What am I missing? What non-carb can I try that will make my day? I'm thinking celery. But that seems boring to me.

I need some crunch, and something that will take a little time to eat.

I'm thinking: snack at work at my desk.

Thanks!
