I saw a demo of this at a grocery store and was shocked that it knocked my socks off as much as it did. What she did: put some I Can't Believe it's not butter in a hot pan and melt it. Coat your fish with the Mrs. Dash flavor of your choice, cook about 7 minutes, and that was it. It tasty really indulgent but, wasn't horrible for you. I've tried it just using non-stick spray instead of the butter spread. It was still good, but, the spread added some moisture and flavor that was good.

I also like to dip my fish in milk, roll quick in crispy bread crumbs, and cook them at 500 degrees for about 10 minutes. SO delicious.

And my go-to is my grill pan with some non-stick spray, fresh herbs and lemon and just a dab of olive oil. Yum.

I've done salmon in foil with peppers and different spices and it always comes out great.

In my opinion, salmon needs little or nothing to be excellent, maybe a pinch of salt or pepper. I don't know if tilapia can stand on it's own the same way or not.

I have done tilapia with some rotel tomato/chili mix.

I frequently make fish tacos. Rub a little Old Bay Seasnoning on some tilapia, broil until cooked. Break apart with two forks. Serve with some greens sliced avacado and peach salsa on warmed soft corn tortillas. It's easy and tastes great.

Does anyone have any ideas for a healthy, quick fish recipe using preferably tilapia or salmon fillets? Recipes without too many ingrediants and ones that are not too time consuming are ideal.

Thanks!
