Okay so I have tired every thing out there from counting calorie, to starvation, to atkins, to eating clean. I have had no success at any of these. I just started eating clean today and I have done good all day other than lunch I didnt know what kind of dressing to use so I used lemon and lime and it was goss so I just ate a banana and then dinner I made Tilapia and it was sooo gross! UGH.. So I ate something bad. then something else bad and so on... I have so much fruit and veggies so I want to eat clean but dont think I could live off chicken for lunch and dinner every day! I even went out this morning and bought the eat clean diet cook book and when I got home and looked at every page.. I didnt find 1 thing in there that I would eat. yuck... I really want to lose weight but dont know what to do.
Can anyone please help me.. I am so desperate
