I didn't post it. We had so many different amounts of each item depending on our goal =D
I used whole wheat tortilla chips (for the boys and a whole wheat tortilla for myself), the topping was pinto beans, grilled chicken and canned sweet corn all seasoned with Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle. For my son I used extra lean ground beef and for my fiance he mixed the grilled chicken AND lean ground beef. I stuck to chicken. Then we used Cabot's 75% reduced fat cheddar cheese, Smart Balance sour cream and some salsa. It sounds too simple to be very delicious but wow!!! I was incredibly pleased.
We had nachos and my fiance was short on his fat goal by 6 g and he BARELY made his low calorie range.
I was 4 g short of my low end fat goal AND I barely made my low end calorie range.
I'm still excited!!! AND they were yummy!
