1 pkg. white cake mix (low fat if you can find it) (I have also used Angel Food cake mix) 2 pkg. sugar free instant pistachio pudding mix 8 oz. non fat vanilla yogurt 3 egg whites 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. diet lemon lime soda 1 1/2 c. cold milk 2 c. lite whipped topping
Combine cake mix, 1 pkg. pudding, yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla. Mix well. Gradually beat in soda. Pour into a greased 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
While cake is baking, mix the milk and other pkg. of pudding. Let set in fridge for about 20 minutes, then fold in the whipped topping. Top cake once cooled.
