great link on for the green smoothies - I started doing them about a month ago! My favorite is green grapes, pineapple and spinach!

I know of no other way to make a smoothie other than the link showed. The so called smoothies that Dunkin Donuts and other such places make are nothing more than sugar laden drinks. The kind that Dr. Kim was talking about is how we make them in the RAW Food Community.
We do not use yogurt just real fruits and veggies. No artificial sweeteners or corn syrups. The whole idea behind smoothies is to get more greens into your diet. You would be surprised how many smart Moms give these to their kids and the kids do not have a clue they are getting a couple of vegetable servings in one drink.
