Tonight I made spaghett for the family and served my sauce over cooked broccoli slaw instead of noodles.
We also had salad and I used one of those spritzer dressings.

I had one short rib on a bed of parsnip puree with brussel sprouts for dinner tonight. It was great.

I had one serving of salmon with my favorite salsa and an avocado sliced on top last night.
I seasoned the salmon with butter buds powder and garlic powder.

Anyone have yummy things that they like to repeat and share with the rest of us? emoticon
