Go to www.allrecipes.com and select INGREDIENTS. Type ricotta (and whatever else you want in the dish) into the ingredients I want to use section. A list of recipes using those ingredients will pop up.
Also lasagna with no cook lasagna noodles, then bottled marinara sauce, then spoon on some ricotta mixed with an egg and basil then top with shredded mozzarella cheese and do as many layers as there are ingredients for. The last layer would be noodles topped with marinara and sprinkled with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. You could also throw in some vegetables on top the sauce.

as i was going to suggest to make an omlette or to mix it with some young fresh spinach leaves to make a salad with a bit of lemon juice and ginger what you suggest have similar ingrediants i don´t see why it wont work.or for a simple snack have on some thin crackers.if you make the casserole let me know what it taste like as i love anything with spinach in it.
