Try this and substitute splenda perhaps for the sugar.

I really like sugar free Jello for a low cal dessert. A lot. But I know how bad aspartame is as a sweetener so I looked to find a splenda-based alternative--no luck. I did find some recipes but they all call for adding sugar free Kool-aid as the flavor source, which has aspartame! D'oh!
Anyone here ever made an aspartame-free version of Jello?
