I use spaghetti noodles in the stir fry that I make.
I used cooked spaghetti noodles (I have lots of noodles)
Lots of veggies (I get two bags of different stir fry veggies and use half of each bag, and also some cabbage from a bag of cole slaw)
The sauce: soy sauce, vinegar, corn starch, garlic powder, pepper, ginger (mix all together)(all these ingredients makes about 1/2 cup or so)
Put all in pan, with a little oil or water (I use fat free butter) until its brownish looking and the sauce is thicker.
I just add a little of everything listed above (There is no measuring). And I plan on using rice and other grains soon.
